In taking pictures, the timing is everything. Sometimes a good shot is missed because the shutter is a little slow. Sometimes that works to your advantage. I was trying to take this picture of the cardinal and just as I snapped the picture he took off and the blue jay flew in. It turned out to be a pretty neat picture!

I just love the picture of the Blue Jay and the Cardinal in flight. I have it for my desktop wallpaper right now. You have sure captured some wonderful pictures of the birds in your area. That is one of my favorites.
Wow I really love this one too! I love how the picture shows "Movement" of the wings. I am surpised I had not seen it before!
